When you fill out a form on this site we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, website, and anything you write in the notes field. When you call our demo line or our business line, we collect your phone number, the call recording and transcript, and a summary of what the call was about. We collect standard server logs, including IP address and browser type.
To respond to you, to prepare the audit you asked for, to deliver services you have bought, and to keep records required for telemarketing and messaging compliance. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Some of our calls are handled by an AI assistant, which identifies itself as AI at the start of every conversation. Calls may be recorded; Florida requires all-party consent for recording, so the recording notice is given in the greeting. If you do not want to be recorded, tell the agent and we will end the recording or transfer you.

We use third parties to run our business, including a CRM, a telephony provider, a voice-AI provider, and an email delivery service. They process your information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. We will act on deletion requests within 30 days unless we are required to keep a record for compliance purposes. We will tell you if that applies.
